Amanda is the Founder of Baby Babble, a registered nurse and "Mum" to two very busy boys, both of whom learnt Baby Sign.

Amanda has completed all eight levels of Makaton SA training and is thrilled to have completed the Makaton Tutor training in the United Kingdom in September 2019. She also ran a very successful baby signing franchise in the UK until she moved back to RSA in 2016

Amanda is currently serving as the Secretary of the Makaton South Africa National Executive Committee.
